3 days/2 nights - $1200, includes breakfasts, provisions for lunches, a light meal on Friday night, full meal Saturday night and Sunday if requested.

 4 days/3 nights - $1400, includes breakfasts, provisions for lunches, a light meal on Friday and two full dinners on Saturday & Sunday.

 The week | Friday-Saturday - $3000, 3:00 PM check in, Saturday departure 11:00 AM
(7 breakfasts, provision for lunches, first night – light dinner; & three full dinners)

POLICIES:
There is no smoking indoors or close to the house.

Well-mannered dogs under 12 pounds are welcome. If you have a large or poorly-mannered dog, there is a professional kennel within easy walking distance where he/she can be kenneled when not under your control (i.e. on leash outside of house).

Reservations will be taken with 1/3 deposit. This is refundable ONLY if cancellation is made more than two full weeks (15 days) in advance. If the house should be reserved out to another party, your deposit will be returned in full.

We specifically request that you check to be certain that there are no hazards to your children. If you see something that needs modifying for your child’s safety, please let us know. We will be happy to accommodate your request if possible.
