Amenities include wireless DSL; a small DVD collection of movies/classics; a larger collection of children and family type movies; arts and crafts supplies for children; a homework center; homework help if requested in advance and central air-conditioning when necessary.

Additional rooms can be made available for elementary school-age or older children. Infants and very young children would be expected to stay in parents’ room. Reasonably behaved children are preferred and those who quietly sneak out of their rooms are welcome to spend time with us in the morning while you sleep in till 9:00 on Saturday and 8:30 on Sunday. Children have early morning access to breakfast and early morning TV programming.

• The Rose Room with a queen bed and large private bath is available for $195 per night. There is a large soaking tub with aromatherapy products. TV/DVD player available if requested. If you prefer to visit when there are no children in-house, please be sure I know that is a condition of your reservation. If you reserve first, I will honor your request contingent upon receipt of your non-refundable deposit.
  
  
• The Catskill Room in the north wing with double bed and adjacent bath is available for $175 per night. Excellent Catskills view. If you have children, reserve the Catskill Suite in the south wing contains two rooms; A bedroom with a double bed and a sitting room with Daybed, other seating and TV/Direct TV/DVD/VCR. Excellent Catskills view. Bath in suite Fall 2005. Available for $250 per night.
